I have the most demoralizing realition this afternoon. In our class this afternon, we are discussing the laws on the internet and the internet’s effect on society. I learned a lot of course, we have a very good professor Atty. Tantiuco and she was considerate enough to teach us well and explained closely laws governing the internet and the Philippines. my realization by the way is far from our duscussion. I realized that our (Philippines) congress is sleeping. They passed a law, the e-commenrce act, after the love bug virus. They passed this law right away but the enacting law regarding the anti political dynasties has not been passed and our constitution was formed since 1987.. This is how bad the Philippines is how sad
